Robust Design.
For Membrane Walls , 63.5 mm Size of Water Tubes are used , instead of 50 mm (as used by others). Hence , over all Water Holding capacity is comparatively high. Hence , the boiler responds quickly to the sudden Peak load steam demand.
30 mm wide Membrane Strips are used in between 63.5 mm OD Membrane Wall tubes , instead of 50 mm Wide membrane Strips nbetween 50 mm OD Mebrane Wall Tubes. Hence , the Membrane Wall cooling is more effective and Membrane Wall never get cracked owing to the high heat flux.
To ensure Dry Steam from the Stram Drum , the Cheveron type Steam Seperators are used which effectively separate Water from the Steam.
Fully Wet Back design , by incorporating the Membrane Wall at the rear side of the boiler where flue Gas take turn for the second pass.
Oil / Gas Burner used is Stepless Modulation which ensures ultimate efficiency at varied load pattern.
